Frequently asked questions
How do I start a studio?
Create an account, then set up your studio from the creator dashboard. You’ll choose your membership tiers and connect Stripe so members can subscribe and you can get paid.
How do memberships and billing work?
Members subscribe to one of your tiers and are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Payouts to studio owners run through Stripe Connect, separate from members’ own subscription charges.
How do I cancel or change a membership?
From inside a studio, open your account settings to change tiers or cancel a subscription. Access to paid rooms and courses ends at the close of the current billing period.
