Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Studio Baby. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using Studio Baby ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
Studio Baby is a platform that enables creative professionals ("Studio Owners") to create private studios where members can access educational content, submit work for critique, and engage with a community of like-minded creatives.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Studio Owners are responsible for the content they publish, the membership tiers they offer, and their interactions with members. Studio Owners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
Members agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Studio Owners and other members. Members may not share, distribute, or reproduce content from studios without explicit permission.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Studio Baby charges a 10% platform fee on studio membership transactions, plus Stripe's standard payment processing fees (currently 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Members may cancel their studio memberships at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Studio Owners may cancel their platform subscription with 30 days notice.
Studio Owners retain all rights to content they create and upload. By uploading content, you grant Studio Baby a limited license to display and distribute content within the platform.
Users may not: (a) violate any laws, (b) infringe on intellectual property rights, (c) harass or abuse others, (d) upload malicious content, (e) attempt to access others' accounts, or (f) interfere with platform operations.
Studio Baby reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to maintain payment. Studios may be suspended after 30 days of non-payment, with member access revoked after an additional 30-day grace period.
Studio Baby provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
